One of my passions is to enjoy good food. BBQ always intrigued me because I was amazed why there isn't more quality BBQ in the North East. So I started down this journey and I was immediately "Hooked".
We formed a BBQ competition Team "Packin' Heat BBQ" and we have been successful. While I find this rewarding, I wanted to step outside of the box and come with some more exciting things to grill. I started an instagram page and the rest is now history. All of these ideas that I see online challenge me to become better at what I like to do. I plan to share this journey with you and the recipes that I come up with.
