Have you ever thought of grilling up some lobster but you weren't sure where to start? You have come to the right place.

The first thing that you want to do is make sure the seafood that you are getting is high quality. I got these fresh lobsters from Lobster Anywhere. They are shipped right to your door overnight. You can tell from ordering online to opening the box, they put pride in what they do.

I chose to cut the lobsters in half. You can also grill them whole. You want to first kill the lobster by making a cut behind the eyes with a sharp knife. Then you will want to cut the lobster in half. You will want to throughly wash the lobster thoroughly.

I recommend a butter, parsley, garlic baste for the lobster. Your grill should be on high heat. For this cook I grilled it shell side down for the entire cook. The previous time I grilled it flat side down to get some char, then flip it over shell side down. Then baste with the butter mixture. I liked the results better by using that method.

You can tell the lobster is done when the flesh is opaque. You dont want to over cook it or the Lobster will be tough. Look at the size of these lobster claws in this video. Lobster Anywhere has some amazing lobsters.
